Responsible for SW project from planning through entire development until final validation;
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
Ensure resource availability and allocation;
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques;
Estimate size and costs of the software project;
Initiate escalation scenario in case of severe deviations;
Perform software risk analysis;
Maintain customer contact;
Create reports and metrics of software project KPIs;
Control problem and change management;
Lead a software team and represent the SW project to the Project Management Team, SW Line Management, and Customer;
Be capable to propose and implement improvements and new ideas;
Assure implementation of safety and security goals on your projects;
Plan and track all software deliveries and related activities together with the SW core team members according to the customer and internal milestones;
Manage and drive the team to achieve the project goals in terms of scope, timing, and quality.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field;
Min 5 years of experience in Project Management with Automotive processes and standards;
Good communication skills and proactiveness in communication with different stakeholders;
Good knowledge about automotive standards: ASPICE, Safety, AUTOSAR, Cybersecurity, etc.
